NISL Game Change Procedure
  1. Contact your opponent and come to an agreeable new date and/or time. (Contact information for each team is listed under the CONTACTS link at the NISL website).
  2. TEAM REQUESTING THE CHANGE - Open your GotSoccer Team Account.
  3. Find the “Event Application for NISL Season” (inside box) for the appropriate season.
  4. Click on SUPPORT for the correct event and open a new support ticket.
  5. List: the game number, age division, boys/girls, your complete team name, the opponent’s team name, OLD & NEW date, OLD & NEW time and OLD & NEW location - and click SUBMIT.

Game #46 - U12 Girls
Elkhart Flames 99/00G Orange v. Indiana Invaders 00G
Currently scheduled: 9/10/11 @ 1:00pm @ NIBCO #5
Change to: 9/10/11 @ 4:00pm @ NIBCO #5 (changing game time only)

This will send a notification to the league of the game change. The league will check on the field and referee availability. You no longer have to do this step. Once the change is complete, you will see the change in the schedule and will receive a reply in this SUPPORT TICKET area for the status of the game change and a note about the fee due when applcable. This Support Ticket will remain “open” until the fee is paid. Once paid, the league will close the ticket.

NOTE: It does not help to send multiple requests for the same game - that only means we have more to read and it takes longer to process. If you see the message in your support ticket area, we see the message - DO NOT SEND A SEPARATE E-MAIL.

** All game change requests MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH GOTSOCCER.

** Game changes requested AFTER the final schedules are posted will incur a $100.00 fee.
The team requesting the game change will be responsible to pay the fee.
All game change fees MUST be paid PRIOR to the NISL TOURNAMENT.
